ECOFLEX® KINETIC SYSTEM

The distinctive beauty of Mohawk Modular Carpet lies in its backing - our patented EcoFLEX® Kinetic System.

EcoFLEX begins with Mohawk's patented Ultra Performance System Foundation, then combines it with a multi-layer composite construction featuring colloidal emulsion chemistry and an EcoFLEX thermoset polyurethane cushion.

The combination results in a backing that is ergonomically effective and environmentally friendly. Featuring the most stable tufting platform offered, EcoFLEX offers superior resiliency with virtually no detectable VOC's and no 4PCH. This backing also meets or exceeds moisture absorbency standards.
